Your annual statement is a great place to start if you’re looking for information about your mortgage. If you still need further help, there are several ways to find what you’re looking for on our website.
You can find your way around this website using the drop-down menus, which are organised by topic to help you easily navigate to the right place.
If you still can’t find what you need, try using the search function by clicking the magnifying glass at the top of the page. Just type key words related to your query and click enter. If you’re looking for specific details about your account, you can register for our online Self-Serve system. It’s a great way to find information about your account without needing to call or write to us.
Each year we send you a mortgage statement, which provides you a clear summary of your account, including your outstanding balance, payments made, interest charged, and any changes that may have taken place over the year.
If there’s any change to you monthly payment during the year – for example, because of an interest rate change, we’ll always write to let you know.
Our website provides a wide range of information, along with regularly updated news stories.
