The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) requires that all firms must publish a summary of their complaints data if they receive more than 500 complaints in a six month period.

Topaz Finance Limited is an experienced UK-based mortgage lender supporting both homeowners and buy-to-let landlords, operating since 2006. We’re regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and look after over 100,000 mortgages and loans for customers under a range of different trading names. Find out more about us here.

However, we recognise that things sometimes go wrong and when they do we want our customers to tell us so we can put things right as soon as possible.
